Description

The Practice of Residential Real Estate course is the second course required to get licensed as a real estate professional in Alberta. This course will help learners acquire the knowledge needed to practice as a Residential real estate professional in Alberta. The Fundamentals of Real Estate course is a pre-requisite to this course. You can get the Fundamentals course HERE.

The online course includes self-paced study materials, video training and practice quizzes to test your knowledge and understanding of the key concepts for each unit.

Learners have 2 attempts to pass the licensing exam with 70% passing marks required. Then the learners can select one of the Practice areas (Residential, Commercial, Rural or Property Management) for the second course required for licensing.

In addition, the students will have access to the industry leading exam prep materials which include extra practice questions, summarized notes and mock tests to help prepare for RECA’s licensing exam.

This course requires registration with RECA.

Our Mock Test is designed to test your knowledge in a simulated environment, ideally to review your performance before writing your exam and get used to RECA's exam structure. Please note if you enroll to the Residential course, you don't need to buy this as it comes with it.
